Seller Agreement

1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on Poketmart, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid email address and payment account
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Have the legal right to sell the products you list
• Pass Poketmart's seller review process

2. Product Standards

All products listed on Poketmart must:

• Be original work or licensed for resale
• Have accurate titles, descriptions, and preview images
• Be fully functional and free of malware or harmful code
• Include proper documentation or usage instructions
• Comply with our content policies (no adult content, illegal material, etc.)
• Not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

3. Commission & Fees

The commission rate is deducted from each sale before payout. Poketmart reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are processed every Monday for the previous week's earnings
• Minimum payout threshold: the amount shown on your Payouts page (set by Poketmart and applied per currency)
• Earnings below the threshold roll over to the next payout cycle
• Sellers are responsible for configuring their payout account in Settings
• Earnings may be withheld pending dispute resolution
• Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes on their income

5. Seller Obligations

As a Poketmart seller, you agree to:

• Keep your product listings accurate and up to date
• Respond to customer support inquiries within 3 business days
• Honor our refund policy and handle disputes professionally
• Notify Poketmart of any legal claims relating to your products
• Not engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or other fraudulent behavior
• Maintain the quality and functionality of your products

6. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to sell all products you list. You grant Poketmart a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your products on the platform for the purpose of making sales.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Poketmart may suspend or terminate your seller account for:

• Repeated copyright violations or DMCA notices
• Selling counterfeit or fraudulent products
• High refund rates (above 15% over 30 days)
• Violating these terms or our broader Terms of Service
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity

Upon termination, any pending payouts for completed, non-disputed sales will be processed on the standard schedule.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Poketmart and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your products, your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Modifications

Poketmart may update this Seller Agreement at any time. Sellers will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the seller platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
